The 200 Series

 Ideal for smaller jobs, our 200 Series features bed-mounted glass racks customized to your specific needs. Bed-mounted racks work well for window installations and shower doors. These units allow you to confidently navigate your products safely through city streets and tight roads. Weldco racks are stronger than all aluminum racks and other square tubing steel bed mounted racks. Most of our racks outlive the trucks they were initially installed on. Using PPG epoxy primer and PPG Delfleet base coat, which is the best commercial paint system available, our highly-praised and durable racks are more corrosion resistant than mill finished all aluminum racks. Our racks are made with zinc protective surface galvanized steel which also resists corrosion. Weldco racks also have removable load shelves to change tires without removing the rack from the truck, at no extra charge. Other manufactures include this essential component for an extra charge.Standard heights range from 60”, 72”, and 84”, and anywhere in between per request.  We recommend the following work trucks for bed-mounted racks: Chevy, Ford*, Toyota, GMC, Ram, and Nissan. 

 *Up to 2014 models. Newer Fords have an aluminum bed, which require special installation.
