The 300 Series

 Our most diverse and powerful line of products come from our 300 Series, which features heavy-duty chassis-mounted glass racks of the standard and special variety. Bed lengths come in 9’, 10’, 12’, 14’, 16’, 18’, 22’, and 24’. Rack heights range from 60”, 72”, 86”, 96”, and anywhere in between per request. Built for heavier loads, any one of our 300 Series racks are sure to meet your needs. Weldco racks are stronger than all aluminum racks and other square tubing steel bed mounted racks. Most of our racks outlive their trucks. Chassis-mounted racks prove to be a much better investment as it is more easily transferable from truck to truck. Using PPG epoxy primer and PPG Delfleet base coat, which is the best commercial paint system available, our highly praised and durable racks are more corrosion resistant than mill finished all aluminum racks. Our racks are made with zinc protective surface galvanized steel which also resists corrosion. Some of our features include the free heavy duty durable rubber bed mat and assist handles on the rear. Our glass racks also have removable load shelves to change the tires without removing the rack from the truck, at no extra charge. Other manufactures include all of these essential components for an extra charge. Notably, Weldco can make up to a 7” straight ledgeboard on one-ton Chevys and cabover chassis trucks like Isuzu/LCF and Hino.
